How to solve a proxy problem with Octopus server

If you receive a proxy error when starting Octopus, you must modify your proxy server configuration to NOT authenticate outgoing connections to our Octopus-itsm.com servers

Preferably, you'll unlock access to the whole Octopus-ITSM.com domain, or using the following parameters :

Ports to open

  • Ports 80 (HTTP)
  • Ports 443 (HTTPS)

You must allow the IP address indicated below: 

  • Subnet: 72.0.195.148/30
    • Range: 72.0.195.149 - 72.0.195.151
  • Independant IPs
    • 52.235.42.137
    • 52.237.19.125
    • 54.232.96.81
    • 54.232.96.87
