The mail server used to send communications from your Octopus environment does not support DKIM configuration for customer domains.

Octopus does, however, support the configuration of your own SMTP server, which will be able to implement your DKIM signature.

If you wish to implement DKIM, you will need to provide us with the connection information for your SMTP server. We can then configure your Octopus environment to use this SMTP server rather than ours.
