Security

 

SOC 2 compliance process

SOC 2 is a security framework that specifies how organizations should protect customer data against unauthorized access, security incidents and other vulnerabilities.

The SOC 2 Type I audit process will be completed in January 2025 for the Octopus solution. During 2025, we will begin the process of meeting SOC 2 Type II requirements for all our solutions.

Our goal is to improve our existing processes in order to meet security requirements in the following areas:

  • Information security
  • Operations management
  • Research & Development
  • Human resources
  • Finance and procurement

Request | Multiple follow-ups

We're just about to finish developing support for multiple follow-ups on an incident/SR. Soon, you'll not only be able to specify a single person for follow-up, but also several people, or even several groups.

Cloud Solutions

 

User synchronization | Microsoft Entra ID

We have started work on synchronizing your Octopus users with Microsoft Entra ID.

A new, simplified configuration approach will allow your Octopus administrator to specify all the required parameters right in the Windows client. A preview screen will then allow you to view the synchronization results.

You'll be able to examine the log of your recent synchronizations.

All this will be available in the early months of 2025.

We'll revolutionize your experience

The next generation of our historic platform is coming soon! And it will radically transform your user experience and usher you into a new digital era for the dematerialization of your processes.

We'll get back to you during the first half of 2025 to tell you more about it!

Rest assured! We are meticulously preparing the transition to the new solutions, so that when the time comes, it will be a smooth one.

We remain aware of your ever-changing technological realities and needs, and are committed to adapting to them to ensure a great experience at every level.

We're committed to creating an ecosystem where your current solutions (Octopus 6) and Octopus next generation can cohabit together.

 

Octopus evolves to better meet your needs

To date, Octopus has been completely redesigned to have the features to run a biomedical engineering (GBM) department efficiently.

Further advances are on the way:

  • We're preparing to develop a new application specifically designed for technical service teams.
  • This project will be followed by the creation of a new solution dedicated to IT teams.

More information on these initiatives will be sent to you so that you can follow the progress of our work.
