Sun, heat and news: even in summer, information never takes a break!

Here's some news you won't want to miss. Happy reading!

New Web Portal

In the coming months, you'll discover a new Web Portal when you access our Octopus-ITSM Service Desk.

We're laying the foundations for a new browsing experience with a revamped user interface.

Once this new application is up and running, we'll gradually make it available to your Service Desk.

Security

SOC 2 compliance process

SOC 2 is a security framework that specifies how organizations should protect customer data against unauthorized access, security incidents and other vulnerabilities.

The SOC 2 Type II audit process is in full swing. The audit process is underway, and we expect to be certified as early as July 2025.

Security requirements cover the following elements:

  • Information security
  • Operations management
  • Research & Development
  • Human resources
  • Finance and procurement
