With Microsoft's new Outlook, drapping and dropping emails directly from Outlook to Octopus file no longer works.
Technical issue
For what appear to be security reasons, Microsoft has made a change that no longer allows drag and drop of attached files to an external application.

Workaround:
- Email
- Save the .EML file to disk (to the location of your choice).
- Then drag and drop the file into Octopus.
- File attachment
- Drag an email attachment to the desktop (Windows File Explorer).
- Then drag and drop the file into Octopus.
