In Octopus there is information to help distinguish between people when searching for a user. For example, their site name, department, their Windows username etc. Some information is there by default, but other variables can be added, removed or reordered.

The mail server used to send communications from your Octopus environment does not support DKIM configuration for customer domains. Octopus does, however, support the configuration of your own SMTP server, which will be able to implement your DKIM signature.
